Here is Paer Thura ~ Sponsored by Safe Waters Foundation.You can see very fantastic and interesting characters around. I joined to dance parties, here is one of them at Paer Thura. Very colorful athmosphere! I had no fancy tail but I had a lot of fun with spending time together.
